• Attorney

  Ellis & Winters seeks an attorney with a minimum of three years of experience in complex litigation. The experience must include brief-writing, depositions, and oral advocacy. Excellent academic credentials and prior affiliation with a substantial litigation practice are also essential, and federal clerkship experience is preferred. The candidate’s résumé should also reflect meaningful leadership experiences. If not licensed in North Carolina, candidates must be willing to take first available bar exam or seek admission through reciprocity with another state’s bar.
