Ellis & Winters is pleased to welcome attorney Elisa Cyre.

Ms. Cyre practices in the area of litigation. Prior to joining Ellis & Winters, she practiced in the areas of criminal defense and litigation as an associate with Tharrington Smith, gaining trial and appellate experience in both civil and criminal matters. Before entering private practice, Ms. Cyre served as a law clerk to Judge William Wayne Justice in the United States District Court for the Western District of Texas, in Austin.

Ms. Cyre received her J.D. from Duke University School of Law and graduated cum laude from Augustana College in South Dakota with B.A.s in Government and Sociology.
