Ellis & Winters Ranked as a Leading Firm in North Carolina by Chambers USA

Ellis & Winters LLP is again ranked as a leading firm in North Carolina in the 2016 edition of Chambers USA: America’s Leading Lawyers for Business. The firm has been given high ratings in each of its primary areas of practice: antitrust, bankruptcy/restructuring, litigation, and real estate.

Chambers USA gives its top rating in North Carolina to the firm’s litigation practice, stating the firm remains an “excellent litigation boutique with in-depth experience of state and federal courts, as well as a variety of arbitral tribunals.” Clients gave the firm high praise, describing the work of Ellis & Winters lawyers as “consistently excellent.”

The firm also received Chambers’ highest rating in the state in antitrust. The organization calls the firm’s antitrust practice a “well-regarded group undertaking the spectrum of antitrust work.”

The publication commended the firm’s bankruptcy practice, stating that the group is known as having “expertise in both transactional and litigation matters.”
