Leslie O’Toole named to Tort Issues Task Force
The North Carolina Bar Association has announced the appointment of Leslie C. Packer to the Tort Issues Task Force for 2009—2010.
The Tort Issues Task Force convenes at the discretion of its co-chairs to review and react to proposed “tort reform“ legislation offered at the General Assembly, to make appropriate recommendations to the NCBA Board of Governors with respect to such legislation and, if agreed to by the co-chairs, to meet for any other purpose to advance the administration of justice related to “tort law.“
