Hollie DeBaro is a member of the firm’s commercial real estate group and focuses her practice on commercial leasing and real estate development. She is a first-generation attorney who comes to Ellis & Winters from an in-house role where she served as counsel to a multi-family real estate development company. She has experience with drafting and negotiating purchase and sale agreements, managing the due diligence process for land acquisitions, and secured lending.

Hollie has experience in public service from her time at the New Jersey Office of the Attorney General as well as representing the legal department of a Global Fortune Global 500 company before pivoting to real estate. She gains satisfaction from simplifying complex problems for her clients and facilitating real estate processes every step of the way.

Originally from central New Jersey, Hollie relocated to Raleigh from Charlotte. When she is not spending time with her family on the coast of South Carolina, she’s running, cheering on the Gamecocks, or adding new plants to her collection.
