Overview
Frank O’Hale is a member of the litigation group at Ellis & Winters. He is an experienced attorney who helps clients protect their business interests in disputes regarding contracts, professional malpractice, business torts, product liability, appeals, and defending individuals and businesses in criminal prosecutions. Frank currently serves on the Criminal Justice Act Panel for the Eastern District of North Carolina.
Prior to joining Ellis & Winters, Frank earned his undergraduate and law degrees at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. He practiced criminal defense for several years in North Carolina, served as a law clerk to the Honorable Lance M. Africk at the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Louisiana, and practiced at a national law firm in New Orleans.
When he is not busy practicing law, Frank enjoys being outside with his family and their dog at the mountains or the beach.
