Overview

Kaylee Faw is a member of the firm’s litigation group and focuses her practice on complex commercial litigation matters. She joined the firm after completing a two-year clerkship with Chief Judge Michael L. Robinson of the North Carolina Business Court, during which she gained valuable experience addressing substantive and procedural issues in complex business cases involving contracts, intellectual property, data breaches, receiverships, and fiduciary duties.

Kaylee earned her law degree from Elon University School of Law, summa cum laude, graduating at the top of her class. While at Elon, she was an inaugural staff member and Managing Editor of We the People – Elon Law’s Constitutional Law Journal and a member of the Elon Law Moot Court Board. Prior to law school, she earned a B.A. in Political Science, summa cum laude, from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro. 

In her free time, Kaylee enjoys reading fiction novels ranging from the works of Jane Austen to George R. R. Martin, spending time with family, and cheering on the Carolina Panthers and University of North Carolina Tar Heels.
