Jamie Weiss Reappointed to Town of Cary Zoning Board of Adjustment
Ellis & Winters is pleased to announce that partner Jamie Weiss has been reappointed to serve on the Town of Cary Zoning Board of Adjustment. His three-year term will commence on October 1, 2015.
The Town of Cary’s Zoning Board of Adjustment hears and decides appeals where it is alleged that there is an error in any order, requirement, permit, decision, determination, or refusal made by the planning inspector or other administrative officials in the carrying out or enforcement of any provisions of the zoning ordinance. Additionally, the Zoning Board of Adjustment hears requests for variances from the provisions of the LDO. Zoning Board of Adjustment hearings are typically quasi-judicial hearings as required by law.
