Ashley Brathwaite Moderates DRI’s “Women in the Law” Pandemic Pioneers Program
At DRI’s Women in the Law Seminar, Ashley Brathwaite moderated the “Pandemic Pioneers: What did Women Gain and Lose?” program, which included panelists Ali Henderson of Porter Hedges LLP and Lisa McCraw of Deere & Company.
The panel and attendees discussed the benefits and challenges brought on by the pandemic, including autonomy, flexibility, mentorship, and hybrid work arrangements. The women discussed ways to ensure that the benefits they have gained are maintained, and that the losses they have experienced are recovered.
