Ashley Brathwaite is a versatile defense litigator in the firm’s Raleigh office. She represents businesses and professionals facing product liability suits, malpractice litigation, premises liability claims, and allegations of unfair and deceptive trade practices. She practices in North Carolina and South Carolina in the roles of national and regional counsel. Ashley is actively involved in the DRI Foundation, as well as the DRI Women in the Law, Drug & Medical Device, and DRI for Life committees. She is also the Immediate Past President of the North Carolina Association of Defense Attorneys.
