Chelsea Pieroni Appointed to International Amicus Committee with INTA
Chelsea Pieroni was appointed to the International Amicus Committee of the International Trademark Association (INTA) effective January 1, 2026. The committee provides expertise concerning trademark and other IP-related laws to courts and trademark offices worldwide by submitting amicus curiae briefs and similar filings. Committee member duties include advocating for the acceptance of amicus briefs, evaluating requests to file, monitoring leading cases, and drafting time-sensitive submissions.
