Chuck Anderson Honored on the NCLW 2025 “Power List” for Real Estate
Charles ‘Chuck’ Anderson, founding partner and head of the firm’s Bankruptcy and Creditors’ Rights Group, was featured in the North Carolina Lawyers Weekly (NCLW) 2025 Power List for Real Estate.
NCLW Power List honorees are considered leaders in the areas of law in which they practice. NCLW uses a range of selection criteria that include leadership in the profession, knowledge of relevant law, and experience.
Chuck’s legal practice includes both litigation and transactional work. He handles matters arising in a variety of practice areas, including creditors’ rights, bankruptcy, commercial real estate, and debt finance. Chuck’s real estate practice focuses primarily on the representation of banks, insurance companies, other financial institutions and developers in loan transactions secured by real estate. Chuck’s commercial real estate practice includes significant disposition, acquisition and development work. He has experience with a variety of real estate products, including hotels, office projects, retail centers and affordable housing developments.
