Dixie Wells and Luke Farley Published in Modern Contractor Solutions

Dixie and Luke recently published an article regarding contingencies in construction contracts in Modern Contractor Solutions. With inflation and supply chain problems, contractors should give careful attention to contingency clauses. Read the article here.

Dixie represents clients in lawsuits that involve engineering issues, including complex commercial transactions, cases arising out of engineering disasters and product liability matters. She also represents clients in higher education law. Regardless of the substantive law at issue, she regularly handles both mass litigation and cases arising from single events that generate suits in multiple courts.

The majority of Luke’s practice is focused on complex, multi-party contract disputes, state and federal Miller Act claims, and mechanics’ liens. He also assists clients with contract review and negotiation, licensing and certification, OSHA citations, and guidance on troubled projects. Luke regularly represents contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, owners, and developers and has experience on both public and private projects, including federal construction.
