On February 7, 2013, Ellis & Winters attorney Matthew W. Sawchak will present at the NCBA program Litigating Complex Commercial Disputes in North Carolina. Mr. Sawchak’s presentation will focus on litigation under North Carolina’s Unfair and Deceptive Trade Practices Act. The presentation will cover recent hot topics in Section 75—1.1, including the meaning of unfairness, per se violations, and choice of law.
