Ellis & Winters CEO Honored on 2025 NCLW Commercial Litigation Power List
Alex J. Hagan, Ellis & Winters’s CEO and managing partner, was again recognized on the North Carolina Lawyers Weekly (NCLW) “Power List” for commercial litigation.
NCLW Power List honorees are considered leaders in their field and in their area of law. They use a range of criteria for selection including leadership in the legal field, knowledge of relevant case law, statutes, and regulations, and experience with a record of success.
Alex’s practice includes product liability defense, as well as the defense of academic institutions, religious organizations, and health care providers. He also has extensive commercial litigation experience, representing software manufacturers, retail chains, and other product manufacturers in contract, trademark, and employment disputes. He has considerable jury trial experience in tort and commercial matters in both state and federal courts.
