In the article, entitled “Banks Enforcing Employee Agreements: What Attorneys Say You Need to Know,” the author examines litigation that can arise after a bank employee joins a competing bank. Mr. Sasser commented on the litigation that can often follow such departures, particularly when the departing employee bring customers, other employees, or trade secrets to the new bank.
