Ellis & Winters Ranked as a Leading Firm in North Carolina by Chambers USA 2018
Ellis & Winters LLP is again ranked as a leading firm in North Carolina in the 2018 edition of Chambers USA: America’s Leading Lawyers for Business. The firm has been given high ratings in each of its primary areas of practice: antitrust, bankruptcy/restructuring, litigation, and real estate.

Chambers USA gives its top rating in North Carolina to the firm’s litigation practice, stating the firm is an “Excellent litigation boutique with in-depth experience of state and federal courts, as well as a variety of arbitral tribunals. Specializes in handling complex business disputes, including securities, franchising and antitrust cases. Also handles medical malpractice disputes.” Clients gave the firm high praise, describing Ellis & Winters as “… a very good boutique litigation firm,” adding: “They have a very good trial group.”
The firm also received Chambers’ highest rating in the state in antitrust.
