After one year of remote working due to the COVID-19 pandemic, BTI Consulting Group has awarded Ellis & Winters with the honor of “Excellent Improvement” as one of the top 15 law firms with the most improved client service.
BTI conducted a national survey with more than 350 in-depth telephone interviews of general counsel, chief legal officers, and other legal decision makers from over 15 industries regarding law firm service during COVID-19. From the research, BTI generated a national list of 70 law firms that improved their service the most in response to the virus and new working conditions.
