Ellis & Winters LLP recently served as lead counsel to Opus Inspection, Inc. and its parent company, Opus Group AB (publ), in connection with the strategic acquisition of Drew Technologies, Inc. The acquisition was valued at approximately $34 Million and closed on March 23, 2015. 

Drew Technologies, Inc. is headquartered in Ann Arbor, Michigan, and is a leading supplier of onboard diagnostics equipment for vehicle communication systems and inspections stations.
