Ellis & Winters Welcomes Eric Cunningham to the Firm’s Litigation Group

We are pleased to welcome Eric as an associate attorney in the firm’s Greensboro office. He is a member of the Litigation Group and will focus his practice on complex commercial litigation and tort matters. Eric is a graduate of Elon University School of Law, cum laude, and previously worked as a summer associate at Ellis & Winters.

During his time in law school, Eric served as the Business Editor on the Elon Law Review, a member of the Moot Court Board, a Leadership Fellow, and Executive Secretary of the Black Law Student Association. Additionally, he worked as a research assistant for two law professors and completed an externship on the North Carolina Court of Appeals. Eric obtained his B.A. in Political Science with a Leadership Studies minor from Elon University.
