Gary Eichelberger joins Ellis & Winters

Ellis & Winters is pleased to announce that Gary Eichelberger has joined our firm as an Associate. Mr. Eichelberger is a graduate of Furman University, where he received his B.A., cum laude in 1994. Mr. Eichelberger also attended Duke University School of Law, where he earned his J.D. degree and Duke University Divinity School, receiving his M.T.S., cum laude, both in 1999.
While attending Duke University School of Law, Mr. Eichelberger served as a research editor for the Duke Journal of Comparative and International Law. After graduating from law school, Mr. Eichelberger clerked for the Honorable Samuel G. Wilson, Chief Judge of the United States District Court for the Western District of Virginia.
Prior to joining Ellis & Winters, Mr. Eichelberger practiced in South Carolina. In addition to his legal background, Mr. Eichelberger also spent a year in Harare, Zimbabwe, where he served as a theology lecturer at two seminaries.
Mr. Eichelberger’s practice will focus on civil litigation with an emphasis on commercial disputes, employment matters, real estate, and insurance coverage law.
