Jeremy Falcone and Stephen Feldman Speak at Electronic Discovery Seminar

Partners Jeremy Falcone and Stephen Feldman recently spoke at a CLE seminar concerning practical considerations in electronic discovery. The North Carolina Association of Defense Attorneys (NCADA) sponsored the program.
Mr. Falcone’s presentation concerned the judicial standards, and potential sanctions, that apply when electronic discovery efforts go wrong. He also offered specific solutions to mitigate the potential for sanctions.
Mr. Feldman, a former chair of the NCADA’s commercial section, organized the CLE. The program also featured presentations by attorneys from Robinson, Bradshaw, and Hinson, and by an electronic discovery consultant from Kroll OnTrack.
Mr. Falcone and Mr. Feldman both practice complex commercial litigation and have significant experience in the North Carolina Business Court.
