Jeremy Falcone Presents at 2016 NCBA Joint Annual Meeting for Sections of Business and International Law

Ellis & Winters partner Jeremy Falcone presented at the 2016 North Carolina Business Law and International Law and Practice Sections Joint Annual Meeting on February 19, 2016. His presentation was entitled “Closely-Held Entity Owner Disputes and Resolution Mechanisms in Governing Documents from a Drafter’s and Litigator’s Perspective.” Mr. Falcone presented the litigator’s perspective on disputes that impact closely-held entities, including employment disputes, valuation issues, spousal ownership, dissolution, and alternative dispute resolution provisions. Mr. Falcone’s co-presenter for the program, Jonathan Jenkins of Schell Bray, provided the perspective of a drafting attorney.
