Jonathan D. (Jon) Sasser, a partner at Ellis & Winters was recently a presenter at the Renaissance Symposium XV held at the Harvard Club of New York City on December 5, 2019. The Symposium is an exclusive advanced trial series organized by the Litigation Counsel of America.

The Renaissance series was built on the idea of actual trial tactics and strategies, so all attendees take away a variety of trial presentations, angles, tools, and devices. Jon’s presentation focused on an expert witness uniquely qualified to testify on the Old Testament – as he translated the first English version of the Holy Bible since the King James Version.

The Litigation Counsel of America is an invitation-only trial lawyer honorary society limited to 3,500 Fellows, representing less than one-half of one percent of American lawyers.

Jon primarily represents businesses involved in complex corporate disputes. His clients include Fortune 500 companies spanning a wide range of industries, including chemical, petroleum, banking, pharmaceuticals, telecommunications, securities, and media.
