Jon Sasser Speaks at the Litigation Counsel of America’s XVII Renaissance Symposium
Ellis & Winters partner, Jonathan D. Sasser, recently spoke at the Litigation Counsel of America’s XVII Renaissance Symposium at the Harvard Club of New York City. The event brings together litigation and trial attorneys with years of experience, successes, and verdicts from throughout the country.
Jon spoke on constitutional law, including the North Carolina constitution’s limitations on local laws, and the emoluments clause prohibiting legislation intended to benefit an individual.
Jon primarily represents businesses involved in complex corporate disputes. He has also passionately defended individuals and charitable organizations facing unique legal challenges. He takes on the most interesting, challenging, and sometimes bizarre cases.
