Katherine Bandy Speaks at the 15th Annual Sedona Conference Institute
Ellis & Winters attorney Katherine Bandy recently served as a dialogue leader and panelist at the 15th Annual Sedona Conference Institute Data Security and Privacy Liability Conference. The event was held at Microsoft’s campus in Redmond, Washington. The conference’s robust agenda featured leaders from a wide range of backgrounds, including government officials, data security industry experts, in-house attorneys, cyber and data privacy law professors, and plaintiff and defense attorneys.
The event featured thirty dialogue leaders and provided valuable insights aimed at (1) identifying trends in data security and privacy law, and (2) assisting companies in detecting and responding to data breaches.
Katherine is an experienced litigation attorney who focuses her practice on complex commercial litigation. She has worked in several areas of practice, including breach of contract, products liability, unfair and deceptive trade practices, and antitrust.
