Kelly Margolis Dagger Elected as FBA Labor & Employment Law Section Officer
Ellis & Winters partner Kelly Margolis Dagger has been elected Secretary of the Federal Bar Association Labor & Employment Law Section. The L&E Section’s members include private practice lawyers on both the employee and employer sides, in-house counsel, and public sector lawyers. The Section offers regular circuit case law updates, publishes a quarterly newsletter, and hosts conferences and other events for its members.
Kelly is a trial and appellate lawyer who focuses her practice on business litigation, employer-side employment litigation, and criminal defense.
