Ellis & Winters lawyer Lenor Marquis Segal recently spoke at a CLE seminar entitled “Practical Civil Litigation Skills for Paralegals.” The program was hosted at the High Point Plaza Hotel and Conference Center in High Point, North Carolina on Friday, December 5, 2014. Ms. Marquis Segal presented a program entitled “Complying with Federal and North Carolina Rules on Electronic Discovery,” which discussed responding to requests for e-discovery as well as practical issues in e-discovery.

Lenor Marquis Segal has extensive complex commercial litigation experience spanning intellectual property, regulatory compliance, contract disputes, business torts, employment law, export controls, and beyond. She counsels clients on litigation and mediation matters, as well as compliance, business, and risk management issues. Ms. Marquis Segal has a special interest in and emphasis on the challenges and opportunities of e-discovery, and enjoys teaching about e-discovery through writing and speaking. She has been given a rating of AV® Preeminent in Martindale-Hubbell and was recognized by Super Lawyers Magazine as a “Rising Star” in business litigation in 2014.
