Luke Farley Appointed to Legislative Affairs and Ethics Committee of the NCBA Construction Law Section
Ellis & Winters attorney Luke Farley has been appointed to the Legislative Affairs and Ethics Committee of the North Carolina Bar Association Construction Law Section for the 2021-2022 term. The Construction Law Section is concerned with issues including public and private contracting, development, insurance and claims, mechanics’ liens and bonds, construction defects, and OSHA compliance and subcontracting.
Luke’s practice is focused on complex, multi-party construction disputes, state and federal Miller Act claims, and mechanics’ liens. He also assists clients with contract review and negotiation, licensing and certification, OSHA citations, and guidance on troubled projects.
