headerlogoThe Mecklenburg County Bar Association will hold its 8th annual North Carolina Business Court CLE on Friday, October 23, 2020. This year’s program, which will be held virtually, features a spectacular four-hour line-up, including the following:

  • An introduction to the Business Court by Chief Business Court Judge Louis A. Bledsoe, III
  • A review of recent decisions from the Business Court
  • Discussion on using technology effectively in the Business Court—with an emphasis on remote hearings and advocacy in the virtual world
  • A Business Court update, featuring a panel discussion with all five Business Court judges
