Michele P. Lee Joins Ellis & Winters Fiduciary Litigation Practice

Ellis & Winters is pleased to welcome Michele P. Lee to the firm’s Greensboro office. Michele is a member of the firm’s Litigation Group and focuses her practice on fiduciary litigation, guardianship of minors and adults and power of attorney disputes. 

Prior to joining Ellis & Winters, Michele served as the Senior Judicial Hearing Officer for the Guilford County Clerk of Superior Court. While in her role as the Judge of Probate, she was often praised for her attention to detail and well-balanced judicial temperament, which she brings to bear with each of her clients. In addition to her judicial role, Michele also served as the Special Proceedings Supervisor, and an Assistant Clerk of Court.

Michele also has a wealth of experience representing clients in private practice, including as the managing partner of a law firm that she founded. “We are fortunate to have Michele join our Fiduciary Litigation practice at Ellis & Winters,” said firm managing partner, Leslie Packer. “She is an excellent addition to our strong litigation team and will benefit our clients with both her legal and procedural knowledge.”
