National Litigator Travis Martin Joins Ellis & Winters

Ellis & Winters is pleased to welcome Travis Martin to the firm. Travis previously served as an Associate General Counsel for Litigation at Trane Technologies and Ingersoll Rand, where he managed product liability, mass tort, and commercial litigation. Travis has significant experience advising in-house lawyers and business leaders, and he has managed thousands of cases and more than 30 law firms litigating matters across the United States. 

Before going in-house, Travis spent more than a decade in a midsize Southeast law firm. He litigated matters in state and federal courts in North Carolina, as well as courts in other jurisdictions. He has trial and arbitration experience.  

Travis will continue serving clients in all aspects of litigation, with a focus on product liability, commercial disputes, and mass tort actions.
