Lenor Marquis Segal has extensive complex commercial litigation experience spanning intellectual property, regulatory compliance, contract disputes, business torts, employment law, export controls, and beyond. Nora Sullivan focuses her practice in complex commercial litigation and medical malpractice defense. In 2015, Ms. Sullivan was named to the Business North Carolina “Legal Elite,” in the Young Guns category. She received her B.A. from the University of North Carolina and her J.D. from the University of North Carolina School of Law, where she was Symposium Editor of the North Carolina Law Review.
About the Young Advocates Committee
The Young Advocates Committee (YAC) serves as a resource for young litigators in their respective practices and within the Section of Litigation. The committee’s mission is threefold: (1) to provide continuing education and discussion on issues affecting the profession, and younger litigators in particular, and assist in the development of practice skills; (2) provide networking opportunities with other YAC and Section of Litigation members; and (3) serve as a gateway to other Section of Litigation committees and opportunities, including promoting the involvement of diverse young lawyers who practice in a variety of settings.
