Preetha Suresh Rini to Speak at Annual CLE
Ellis & Winters attorney Preetha Suresh Rini will present A Picture is Worth Thousands of Dollars: A Primer on Royalty-Free Images and the Fair Use Doctrine at the North Carolina Bar Association Antitrust and Complex Business Disputes Section’s annual continuing legal education program. The program, which will feature all five judges on the North Carolina Business Court and a panel discussion on diversity and inclusion, will take place virtually on Thursday, February 4, 2021 from 7:55 AM to 5:00 PM.
In connection with the program, participants are invited to network in small groups and share their thoughts about diversity and inclusion in the antitrust and complex business disputes practice in North Carolina during a brownbag lunch discussion. The discussion is sponsored by the Section’s Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Committee, of which Preetha and Tom Segars (also the current Section Chair) are members.
