Scottie Lee Presents at NCBA Antitrust & Complex Business Disputes Law Section CLE

On February 13, Ellis & Winters attorney Scottie Lee presented at the North Carolina Bar Association Antitrust & Complex Business Disputes Law Section CLE.  Over 100 judges, lawyers, and other professionals attended the event.    

Scottie’s presentation focused on ethical issues related to conflicts of interest and the attorney-client privilege that arise in business disputes involving closely held corporations.  Her manuscript can be found here.    

About Scottie Lee

Scottie focuses her practice on complex litigation, antitrust, and appeals.  Following law school, she clerked for the Honorable James L. Gale on the North Carolina Business Court.  Scottie serves on the leadership of the American Bar Association’s Antitrust Law Section, is an editor for the ABA’s Antitrust Law Journal, and is a member of the North Carolina Bar Association’s Appellate Rules Committee.
