Segars elected to NC Bar Association Section Council
Thomas H. Segars was elected to a three year term on the North Carolina Bar Association’s Constitutional Rights & Responsibilities Law Section Council on June 23 in Cary. The Constitutional Rights and Responsibilities Section is a forum for attorneys interested in constitutional law. The section endeavors to increase the public’s awareness of the Constitution.
Segars graduated from Wake Forest University (B.A., Magna Cum Laude, 1997) and the University of North Carolina School of Law (J.D., with high honors, Order of the Coif, 2000). His practice focuses on several litigation areas including constitutional and civil rights litigation.
