Stephen Feldman and Scottie Lee Appointed to Leadership by ABA Antitrust Law Section

The American Bar Association Antitrust Law Section has appointed Ellis & Winters attorneys Stephen Feldman and Scottie Lee to leadership positions for the Section’s 2019—20 term.
Stephen will serve as the chair of the Antitrust Consumer-Protection Daily Digest Committee. This committee compiles and publishes a daily newsletter for all members of the Antitrust Law Section on recent developments in antitrust and consumer-protection law. Stephen has served on the committee since 2011. This is his second year as the committee’s chair. He has also served as the editor for the most recent edition of the State Antitrust Enforcement Handbook, an ABA Antitrust Law Section publication.
Scottie will serve as a research editor for the Antitrust Law Journal. The journal, published by the Antitrust Law Section, is a leading academic publication on antitrust law. This will be Scottie’s first year on the journal’s editorial board.
