Ellis & Winters attorney Stephen D. Feldman has authored a manuscript titled “Practical Aspects of Privacy and Confidentiality in Litigation” for the North Carolina Bar Association Foundation. The document covers several issues related to the disclosure of confidential information during litigation. These issues include the filing of documents under seal and the rights of in-house counsel to review a competitor’s highly confidential documents. Mr. Feldman gave a presentation on this topic on April 3, 2009, at the annual meeting of the North Carolina Bar Association’s Antitrust & Trade Regulation Section.
