Ellis & Winters LLP is pleased to announce that Stephen D. Feldman has been elected to the North Carolina Bar Association’s Antitrust and Complex Business Disputes Section Council. The Antitrust & Complex Business Disputes Law Section is concerned primarily with issues relating to complex commercial and business litigation matters, including matters that involve antitrust issues. Mr. Feldman has served on the section council since 2010 and was recently re-elected to a three-year term during the section’s annual meeting in Greensboro, NC.
