Stephen Feldman Presents at the North Carolina Bar Association’s Antitrust & Complex Business Disputes Section Annual Meeting

On February 7, 2019, Ellis & Winters partner Stephen Feldman presented to the annual meeting of the North Carolina Bar Association’s Antitrust & Complex Business Disputes Section on the law of unfair and deceptive trade practices. The presentation covered what conduct falls within the reach of North Carolina’s statutory ban on unfair and deceptive trade practices. Stephen is a founder and chief editor of What’s Fair?, a blog on the law of unfair trade practices. Stephen serves on the leadership of the American Bar Association Section of Antitrust Law, and he is the vice-chair of a committee appointed by the North Carolina Business Court to revise the court’s rules. In 2017, Business North Carolina magazine named Stephen to its Legal Elite Hall of Fame.
