Stephen Feldman Presents on Appellate Law at FDCC Annual Meeting

On July 26, 2016, Ellis & Winters partner Stephen Feldman presented and moderated an appellate-law program at the annual meeting of the Federation of Defense & Corporate Counsel in La Malbaie, Quebec, Canada.

The program, entitled “Oral Argument Inside Out,” focused on specific techniques for preparing for and presenting oral argument in appellate courts. 

Mr. Feldman was elected to the FDCC in 2013 and is in the leadership of the FDCC appellate section. He is also the chair of the American Bar Association’s Appellate Practice Committee and serves on the North Carolina Bar Association’s Appellate Practice Section Council. After law school, Mr. Feldman clerked for the Honorable Pasco M. Bowman II of the United States Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit.
