Stephen D. Feldman

Ellis & Winters partner Stephen Feldman has been selected as a Fellow of the Litigation Counsel of America. The LCA is a trial-lawyer honorary society. Fellows are selected based upon excellence and accomplishment in litigation, both at the trial and appellate levels, and superior ethical reputation.

Stephen concentrates his practice in complex litigation, antitrust, and appeals. He is a founding editor of What’s Fair?, a blog on the law of unfair trade practices. Stephen graduated from the University of Chicago Law School and served as a law clerk for the Honorable Pasco M. Bowman II on the United States Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit.
