Mary Dillon practices in the area of civil litigation, focusing primarily on products liability litigation, medical malpractice defense, and commercial litigation. Her practice includes the representation of pharmaceutical companies and medical device manufacturers, laboratories, health care practitioners, and institutions, such as nursing homes and hospitals. She also represents manufacturers and distributors of products such as construction and safety equipment, food and beverages, machinery, and automobiles.
Ms. Dillon obtained her undergraduate degree from the University of North Carolina (B.A., 1989), where she was a Morehead Scholar. Ms. Dillon received her J.D. from the University of Virginia School of Law (1993), where she was Executive Editor of the Virginia Environmental Law Journal. Ms. Dillon also received her Masters in Education from the University of North Carolina.
