Andrew Chamberlin To Serve As Panelist At International Webinar On Virtual Justice
Andrew Chamberlin will serve as a panelist for the webinar “Virtual Justice in France, UK & US: Status & Challenges of Remote Hearings & Trials” on June 29, 2020. The webinar is presented by the British Institute of International and Comparative Law in partnership with Avocats Barreau Paris, and the International Association of Defense Counsel.
The objective of the program is to present and discuss remote court hearings scheduled due to the Covid-19 pandemic. Leading attorneys and members of the judiciary from the UK, France, and the US will cover the use of technology and online platforms. The issues will be examined from a comparative perspective.
Andrew, a founding partner at Ellis & Winters LLP, is a trial attorney with a broad national and international practice. His main areas of focus include product liability, catastrophic injury defense, and commercial, construction, and intellectual property disputes. He is currently the president-elect of the International Association of Defense Counsel, and a member of its Board of Directors.
