Brittany D. Levine and Maddi Pfefferle Attend the 2026 NCHCFA Convention & Expo
Brittany D. Levine and Madeleine ‘Maddi’ Pfefferle represented Ellis & Winters at the 2026 North Carolina Health Care Facilities Association (NCHCFA) Convention and Expo in Greensboro. The annual 4-day event allows attendees to network with healthcare professionals from facilities across the state. The co-event included educational programs led by nationally renowned speakers and an engaging tradeshow that highlighted innovative industry products and locally available services.
Brittany is a member of the firm’s Litigation Group where she focuses her practice on complex civil litigation. As a dedicated defender and advocate for healthcare, distribution, and retail industries, Brittany provides strategic counsel to her clients across a range of matters in pre-suit investigations, litigation, arbitration proceedings, and risk management. She has frequently appeared in state court and has successfully taken multiple arbitration proceedings to final award.
Maddi is a member of the firm’s Litigation Group. Maddi is an experienced attorney who focuses her legal work on the defense of lawsuits alleging medical malpractice, products liability (including medical devices and drugs), and general negligence. She is well known as a positive, passionate, and energetic advocate for her clients.
