Ellis & Winters Welcomes Hollie DeBaro to the Commercial Real Estate Team
Hollie DeBaro has joined the commercial real estate team in the Raleigh office of Ellis & Winters. Hollie focuses her practice on commercial leasing and real estate development. She has experience with drafting and negotiating purchase and sale agreements, managing the due diligence process for land acquisitions, and secured lending.
Hollie earned her B.A. from the University of South Carolina and her J.D. from Elon University School of Law. During her time at Elon, Hollie was a Dean’s Scholar and served as Honor Council Vice-Chair.
Hollie enjoys spending time with her family at the beach, running, and adding more plants to her collection.
