Ellis & Winters Welcomes Kaityn M. Posta to the Firm
Ellis & Winters is excited to announce that Kaitlyn M. Posta has joined the firm’s Litigation Group in the Raleigh office.
An Ohio native, Kaitlyn, focuses her practice on business and complex commercial litigation in state and federal courts. She has represented clients in professional liability, commercial, employment, and financial services litigation while practicing in Ohio. During law school, she was a Managing Editor for the Cleveland State Law Review and served as a Legal Extern for the Honorable Judge Mary Jane Boyle in Ohio’s Eighth District Court of Appeals.
