Ellis & Winters Welcomes Kaylee B. Faw

Ellis & Winters is pleased to announce that Kaylee B. Faw has joined the firm’s trial and litigation team in the Greensboro office.

Kaylee focuses her practice on complex commercial litigation matters. She joined the firm after completing a two-year clerkship with Chief Judge Michael L. Robinson of the North Carolina Business Court. During her clerkship, Kaylee gained valuable experience helping the Court with its docket of complex business cases, including disputes arising out of contracts, intellectual property, data breaches, receiverships, and fiduciary duties.

Kaylee graduated at the top of her class summa cum laude from Elon University School of Law. She was also an inaugural staff member and Managing Editor of We the People – Elon Law’s Constitutional Law Journal and a member of the Elon Law Moot Court Board. Kaylee received her undergraduate degree in Political Science summa cum laude from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro.
