Ellis & Winters Litigation Support Manager, Brian Flatley is speaking at Innovative Driven’s eDiscovery Speaker Series on Wednesday, April 19, 2023. The program “Hot Topics in eDiscovery” takes place at The Capital Grille in Raleigh at 12:00pm and will cover:

• Nuances with database and structured data discovery
• The application of proportionality standards
• The proper use of discovery devices

Brian is a Certified E-Discovery Specialist (CEDS) with the Association of Certified E-Discovery Specialists (ACEDS). He provides direct consultation and technical solutions to the firm’s attorneys and clients throughout the litigation lifecycle. Additionally, he consults with firm attorneys and clients on developing an appropriate scope and strategy for e-discovery, including proper methods of data preservation, collection, processing, production, and review.
