About Leslie Packer
Leslie C. Packer is the managing partner at Ellis & Winters, LLP. She concentrates her practice on product liability, medical malpractice and commercial litigation. She received her A.B. from Brown University in 1982 and her J.D. from the University of North Carolina School of Law in 1986. Ms. Packer serves on the Board of Directors for Special Olympics North Carolina as well as the Federation of Defense and Corporate Counsel. About Andrew Chamberlin
Andrew S. Chamberlin is a partner in the firm’s litigation group. He devotes his practice to the litigation and trial of product liability, mass torts, toxic torts, and complex commercial disputes. Mr. Chamberlin represents clients in commercial litigation, patent infringement litigation and intellectual property disputes. Since 2012, he has served as lead counsel in cases pending in Arkansas, Texas, Wisconsin, Florida, Mississippi, Louisiana, Alabama, Georgia, Tennessee, New Hampshire, Massachusetts and North Carolina, as well investigations in multiple other states. Mr. Chamberlin has personally appeared before the Judicial Panel on Multi-District Litigation, the North Carolina Supreme Court, the North Carolina Court of Appeals, the North Carolina Business Court, and multiple state and federal trial courts.
